Next Fall, Déjà Vu and Enemy of the State's Tony Scott will have you on the edge of your seat with his latest thriller featuring Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. Unstoppable is a 20th Century Fox drama about a runaway train carrying a cargo of toxic chemicals. It pits an engineer and his conductor in a race against time. They're chasing the train in a separate locomotive and need to bring it under control before it derails on a curve and causes a toxic spill that will decimate a town. OOOii is currently in production with Chris Seagers working to keep a close eye on this runway train.

Watch out Los Angeles, an alien invasion is on the way and it will be up to Fast & Furious's Michelle Rodriquez and The Dark Knight's Aaron Eckhart to fight for man's survival. Battle: Los Angeles will take the audience on a daring trip along side a platoon of Marines in their fight for survival. OOOii with direction from The Bourne series' Peter Wenham geared up these Marines for their extraterrestrial battle.

This coming summer, from the director of Clear and Present Danger and Patriot Games, get ready for this action packed spy thriller starring Angelina Jolie and Liev Schreiber. In Salt, OOOii worked together with Star Trek's Scott Chambliss to bring to life the technology of the CIA.

ISMAR 2009

ISMAR (International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality) is the premier international meeting place for the Mixed and Augmented Reality research community, which is now celebrating its 10th aniversary. This year, Kent Demaine was asked to speak on behalf of OOOii on our approach to next generation content in the VR/AR space. The challenging nature of this new evolving space has led OOOii to structure the company as a hybrid of VFX, VR, Interactive, and Gaming companies. This methodology allows us to build content created with emerging technology while maintaining aesthetic quality and user experience. This discussion went into the different advantages and lessons learned by these industries, which can now be applied to creating this new category of content.
